All of our clients have access to our dedicated support team

We are on hand to resolve any product issues and answer functionality queries. We operate a 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support process which means your logged call is dealt with quickly and efficiently.



As well as an Account Manager and access to our technical support team we also run regular training sessions. As a SORCE client you can access the full range of training courses on offer and book onto them as needed. We can also deliver tailored training where needed.
