We are writing to inform you of the actions already taken by SORCE Limited to allow us to continue to work through the ongoing coronavirus challenges.

Our top priority remains the safety and welfare of our employees while maintaining the high level of customer service that is at the core of everything we do at SORCE.

From the 17th March most of our employees have been working from home to minimise contact within our Newbury office, on the 24th March we closed our office for business.

Having taken this proactive approach to protect both our staff and the continuing operation of SORCE, we have been able to ensure that all staff have the tools, facilities and the support necessary to allow them to effectively work remotely and to continue to support all our clients to the high service levels expected.

Support can be accessed through the normal channels – RESORCE, email or phone.

We continue to work closely with our suppliers, and other third-party providers to ensure that they also have plans in place and to allow us to prepare, as much as possible, for the needs of our staff, clients and community in this unprecedented and rapidly changing situation.

We understand how critical your intranet is during these challenging times as a key solution for critical communication and collaboration with your staff and community.

We are here to support you in whatever way we can during these difficult times.

Should you have any questions regarding how we can help you work remotely then please contact us via the normal channels and we will be happy to assist at this crucial time to ensure all our clients can continue to work as effectively as possible.

We will continue to update all our clients online via RESORCE and with weekly client email bulletins.

Please be assured we are here to support all our clients through these challenging times.
