The group’s amalgamation and rebrand to Citizen will be complete on September 2nd. The change will mean the organisation’s registered providers; Family Housing Association, Optima Community Association, West Mercia Homes, Whitefriars Housing and WM Housing will no longer exist as legal entities.
The organisation will be working on several transformation projects aligned with the rebrand which will see major changes to the way that it works and its service provision. These include a major customer service training programme, a Lean transformation programme and a Service Innovation project.
Oneplace, powered by Engage, is an intranet which is well loved across the whole of WM Housing Group. It is an engaging, user friendly, responsive site which can be accessed anywhere from any device. It is a dynamic, well organised site which is used by everyone as a central location to store company information as well as a place for sharing news, up to date information and ideas. Since its launch Oneplace has improved productivity and efficiency. Employee engagement has also been greatly enhanced.
Oneplace has been rebranded as part of the rebrand to Citizen. During times of change it is imperative that information is communicated to employees in an organised, well planned and timely fashion. All communications are now governed by the communications team, this is ensuring consistent, relevant and accurate news and updates are shared with all employees.
Promotions on the homepage are driving traffic to specific company news regarding the rebrand and amalgamation and are changed on a regular basis when required.
