It’s exciting times here at SORCE.
Nick Horne has joined as our new Intranet Success Manager. Some of you will have already seen Nick on our Engage Release 3 Webinar in early April. He has spent all of his working life at the coal face of the customer experience and specifically for the last 5 years focused on Account Management. He will be working alongside Jeremy Stewart as part of the Account Management Team.
“I’m here to help you really deliver a successful Intranet on your journey with SORCE”. Over the next few months Nick will be getting out to visit our clients to understand how you utilise your Intranet within your business and what your plans are for the future. He will be keen to get to grips with what you would consider to be the benchmarks for success and if you’ve achieved them. Being able to set success criteria and measure them is a powerful tool for driving engagement and getting your budget to push your Intranet vision forward.
Outside of the business he’s a keen motorsport fan and avid photographer.
