Software and User Licence
The foundation of any solution is the software licence. The price you pay for the software is dependent on the technical environment in which it will be used. User licences enable individuals to access your community. They can be purchased in blocks, or unrestricted to allow access for an unlimited number of individuals.
Software is available as a one off purchase or as an ongoing Software as a Service.
Your initial consultancy may include branding, design and the adaption of our ‘out of the box’ applications. The flexibility of our product enables us to help you with your unique requirements by creating, where appropriate, brand new applications or functionality.
Training is provided as standard with all our solutions. We run a number of different training courses which can be tailored to suit your requirements. The most popular courses we provide are for content contributors and administrators.
Support and Maintenance
Support and maintenance gives you access to our dedicated support team. As applications are built within the product, additional changes and customisations can be supported.
