SORCE get on their bikes for The Stroke Association!

The 33 mile Thames Bridge Bike ride takes place on Sunday 22 May in aid of The Stroke Association. Sam Lipscombe, John Nicklin, Mark Underdown, Marc Roberts and Margot Curry are all taking part to help raise awareness and much needed funds for the charity.

The ride begins in Southwark Park and will take participants through the historic sites of London. Let’s hope our boys and girls have the stamina to complete the 33 mile route! During the ride, they will have the opportunity to take in the sights and sounds of London including several of London’s bridges including Kingston, Waterloo, Hammersmith, Chiswick and Blackfriars.

There are expected to be over 2,000 cyclists participating in the event.

The ride is not a race, however, some of our more competitive staff members may treat it as one! The ride ends at Hurst Park where there will be music and entertainers at the finish line and no doubt the SORCE team will be celebrating their achievement with a beer or two before they head home.

Good luck to them all!
