Established in 1961, ATS Euromaster is the largest comprehensive tyre service provider within the UK covering all types of vehicles from cars, vans and 4×4’s to forklifts, trucks and combines. ATS Euromaster has an extensive nationwide network of service centres and employs more than 3,500 people, providing national coverage throughout the UK.

With over 450 service centres throughout the UK, ATS required a dynamic intranet to enhance communication. Previously there was a lack of consistency when Head office was communicating with employees, a mix of emails, bulletins and paper based methods were previously used. This was affecting morale, increasing risks and impacting on efficiency.

The new intranet will help centralise and streamline communication. Each employee will have access to a branded, easy to use and profiled intranet. SORCE’s award winning document management system will be used to replace the shared drive, meaning the correct version of a document can be found quicker and easier.

SORCE was selected for its feature rich and easy to use application suite, including the content contributor application meaning non-IT can manage the intranet.
