Shoreline Housing Partnership Ltd is a registered social landlord which manages approximately 8,000 homes in North East Lincolnshire.

Founded in 2005, Shoreline Housing Partnership was formed with the transfer of the housing stock from North East Lincolnshire Council to the new association. This transfer unlocked a £156 million investment programme that is being rolled out over the next 10 years.

In order to help manage the communication within their increasing organisation, Shoreline selected the feature rich SORCE Portal to replace their existing static intranet solution. Integrating with a number of back office systems, the SORCE solution will provide Shoreline with a dynamic portal that brings information together in one location.

SORCE’s advanced document manager application will help centralise and version control documents. This will reduce risks and increase efficiency by giving staff the most relevant and up to date information. All documents including PDF’s can be searched, profiled and categorised for easy access, which will enable Shoreline to keep an audit trail of each document.
